Welcome to MarketClash. By using our app and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MarketClash. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person is allowed
• Usernames must not be offensive, misleading, or impersonate others

3. The Service

MarketClash is a paper trading competition platform. Key points:

• No Real Trading: All trading is simulated with virtual currency. No real money is invested or at risk.
• Not Financial Advice: MarketClash is for entertainment and education only. We do not provide investment advice.
• Market Data: We provide real-time market data for simulation purposes only.

4. Competitions & Prizes

• Weekly competitions run Monday through Friday during US market hours
• Winners are determined by percentage return on virtual portfolio
• Top 3 finishers each week are eligible for cash prizes
• Prizes must be claimed within 7 days
• Prize amounts may change; current amounts are displayed in the app
• We reserve the right to disqualify users for violations of these terms
• Prizes are paid via PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App within 1 business day

5. Fair Play Rules

To maintain fair competition:

• No manipulation of the platform or exploiting bugs
• No use of bots, scripts, or automated trading
• No multiple accounts
• No collusion with other users
• Violations may result in disqualification and account termination

6. Account Blow Rules

Your account is "blown" if:

• You lose 1% or more in a single trading day
• Your trailing drawdown (end of day) reaches 4%

Blown accounts can be reset by watching 5 ads (free) or instantly with a Pro subscription (up to 10 per day).

7. Pro Subscription

• Pro subscription costs $4.99/month
• Benefits include instant account resets (up to 10 per day)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime through your app store account settings

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Reverse engineer or copy the app
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO THE SERVICE. SIMULATED TRADING RESULTS DO NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE REAL TRADING PERFORMANCE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKETCLASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
